Will I be sharing a room?
Yes, you will be sharing a room with one or two women. Our campus is small and intimate, with a total of 7 beds. This setup fosters a supportive and communal environment, which is central to our recovery program's philosophy. Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and personal space, ensuring you feel at home during your stay.

What should I bring with me?
Please bring one to two weeks' worth of clothing. Do not overpack, as storage is limited. If you bring too much, we will send items back with you or your loved ones.

How long will I stay?
The length of your stay depends on your individual needs and recovery goals. On average, our program lasts between 45 and 90 days, with a treatment plan tailored specifically to you. For those seeking continued support, we also offer sober living options to help you transition smoothly back into everyday life while maintaining your recovery.

Can I work or attend school while in treatment?
Our focus is on your recovery, so outside obligations are usually put on hold during your stay. However, we offer workshops to help you prepare for re-entering work or school after treatment.

Can I have visitors?
Yes, we encourage family involvement. Visiting hours and family sessions are scheduled based on your treatment plan to ensure a balance between support and focus on recovery.

What is the daily schedule like?
A typical day includes group therapy, individual counseling, wellness activities, and time for reflection or personal growth. We also incorporate recreational activities, life skills training, and peer support.
