Victoria’s journey with Haven began through an internship that transitioned into a permanent role as our Family Program Facilitator. Her familiarity with family and friends experiencing substance abuse inspired her to return to school and pursue a career in counseling. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in social work with a focus on addiction counseling. She regards each individual as an expert in their own lives and practices cultural humility as she strives to learn from those around her. She understands that recovery is not just an individual journey but a family endeavor, and she is passionate about creating an environment of healing, growth, and empowerment for her clients and their loved ones.
