Colleen believes that every individual deserves compassion and care when it comes to learning healing from the disease of addiction. Having admitted she needed help, Colleen received education and a message of recovery from women who had walked the path before her. Haven was born from the principle that the therapeutic value of one addict helping another is without parallel. Haven aims to be a safe place for that message of recovery to be carried to other addicts and alcoholics. Colleens holds a master’s degree in clinical counseling from East Carolina University.
